IMW Industries manufactures compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling systems for vehicles and industry, helping to offset petroleum use and significantly reduce greenhouse gases. The firm develops the technology and manufactures its products in Canada to supply to customers on 5 continents. IMW is also developing hydrogen fueling solutions.
IMW is the only Canadian company actually designing and manufacturing high-pressure natural gas compressors, and the ongoing use of existing IMW equipment in the field represents the reduction of more than 1.2 million tonnes of greenhouse gases per year. IMW Industries was the winner of the 2004 BC Export Awards in the Manufactured Products category.
